About Ollie's Pub

Ollie's Pub has been here in some fashion or another for over 100 years.  It has been here through the prohibition era, to which story goes it was a brothel and bar and during the civil rights movement it became a rough bar known for a "pint of blood", rather than a pint of beer, that being assisted by the fact that the bar was in the middle of the room, in a horse shoe, "U" shape, allowing drunkards the ability of giving one another the all aggressive "stink eye", causing many many fights.  In 2016 a local couple purchased the bar and began to change the ambient and clientele that frequented the establishment, nearly a decade after taking it over, updating the bar and turning it into a "go to" pub in Conimicut Village (Warwick), they sold it to two friends.  Since late summer 2025, Ollie's has been under a constant condition of upgrades and cosmetic changes.  We have a new kitchen, furniture, and alcohol selections , in addition to changing the outdoor back space, we are in the process of adding a semi permanent enclosure, so that our customers can utilize that area better.  There is plenty more to come and in the process already.
